Shipping & Returns
We are located in Bali, Indonesia but we offer international shipping.
Insured International Shipping is 10 USD and delivered in 12-20 business days (exlcluding weekends and public holidays).This method provides you with a unique tracking number and insurance up to 200€ (or higher value - if necessary please contact us via email@example.com)
Please note that for all shipping methods these are not guaranteed timeframes and delays may occur.
In case of any difficulties during creating an account or entering the Shipping address please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org with your full contact information including phone number before you complete your order so we can sort out the problem and set up the account for you.
We are not responsible for any delays or lost or stolen packages after passing the order to the shipping company.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Before proceeding with a return, please notify us with your Name, Email address and Order number at email@example.com. We will give you all further instructions, including the return address. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
The shipping costs for the return of the goods is paid by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, minus the original shipping charges.
